With the contribution of Bureau Veritas Consultancy, Sci Pharaoun carried out this large-scale project consisting of 2 residential buildings, each building has 11 floors. The built area covers 6,067 m2.

The execution took 3 years as planned, after a geotechnical study that lasted 1 year. The buildings have been designed to be seismic and equipped with a windbreak system for perfect thermal insulation.

On each floor of the two buildings there are 2 spacious apartments. A private cellar for each apartment has been designed for each housing unit.
