This residential project covers an area of ​​1000m2. It consists of 3 contemporary houses and 2 semi-detached villas of 5 floors each.

The project took 6 months for studies and was handed out after 2 years.

The heating system has been centralized to heat the entire park. An insulation and sealing system has also been put in place for better energy optimization.
